First day of our trip, we made it to the Oregon Coast and found a nice spot to camp for the night. Had fun walking through the water and looking at the stars.

Second day we got on the road bright and early, pulled over to make some breakfast and attempt to watch the sunrise. We made some other stops to explore some beaches, saw some sea lions. Made it into California and stopped at Trees of Mystery to stretch our legs, then continued on our way to San Francisco before stopping for the night.

Made it to Disneyland and spent the day there, Shelby’s first time going. So much fun goofing off, I think my favourite ride has to be pirates of the Caribbean. The Star Wars land area is pretty awesome too.

Stopped at a truck stop for the night to get some rest and then drove back across California. Had some fun at Confusion Hill and then stopped at a beach to watch the sunset. Found a spot to stop for the night, explored the beach and had some dinner.

Started our day off at the beach before heading out nice and early. Saw what was left of the wreck of Mary D. Hume then made a stop in at the Prehistoric Gardens. Slide 7 has my favourite plant on it, my grandpa told us it was called a dinosaur plant when we were little and I love spotting it places. It was a nice place to stop and walk through, we met a few other people traveling. One all the way from Scotland!

Got some more driving in and spent our afternoon horse back riding on the beach and having some seafood. Stopped at another beach to watch the sunset before continuing on our way to find a spot to sleep for the night. Had a nice dinner, a lightsaber fight on the beach and a good nights rest before heading home in the morning.
